The purpose of a professionally prepared inventory is in the interest of the Landlord and Tenant to document the condition of the property prior to letting.
This will help to prevent any disputes when it comes to the tenant vacating the premises. The more detailed the inventory the better chance there is of avoiding future disputes.
Our inventories will list all items within the property, including everything from the walls, flooring, windows, electrics, condition of décor, meter readings and everything in between.
You will also be supplied with a wide range of colour photographs to back up all textual reports.
